Driving Transformation describes how Ford Motor Company Fund, through the Henry Ford Learning Institute, supports business, civic, and education partners in a community to adopt the Ford PAS Next Generation Learning (NGL) framework and join a national network of communities that are transforming education. Over a 24-month period, Ford PAS NGL guides a community to bring together key stakeholders, develop a common vision, and begin implementing the NGL essential practices.
