This report describes in detail how ATA is implementing the Ford PAS program, and evidence identified through this case study of outcomes from the program for students. The report provides a snapshot of Ford PAS at ATA at a single point in time, between June 1st and June 6th of 2006.
This case study can be useful to organizations wanting to know what Ford PAS looks like “on the ground.” Other schools may find this report useful to understand the successes, challenges and outcomes of implementing this program in an urban high school. Employers may find this case study helpful to understand what it “takes” for an urban high school to teach tomorrow’s workforce the skills they will need to be successful employees. Researchers may gain insights about ways to assess the implementation and outcomes of Ford PAS on a larger scale.
